Major Goals: Fuse EEG and parcellated fMRI data with deep neural architectures to predict improvement in OCD patients after an 18-weeek randomized clinical trial of fluoxetine. I hope to use convolutional neural networks to identify fMRI/EEG features that maximally contribute to classification accuracy.
