Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with Exposure

Cognitive-behavioral therapy with exposure and response prevention is an evidence-based treatment for a variety of disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder, most anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and disordered eating. My research in this area involves investigations of the efficacy and effectiveness of this approach, as well as papers that guide clinicians and students in its application in a variety of settings, from schools to residential facilities.
